ASI Technologies (IM Solder Israel) was founded on May 19, 1998, by Kobi Ventura. Since then, it has established its position as Israel's leading provider of advanced solutions for the electronics assembly industry and additional manufacturing sectors.

With over 27 years of experience, we support clients across all sectors—from electronics manufacturing, medical devices, and defense industries requiring maximum precision and security, to the setup of complete SMT lines. Our expertise includes the implementation of advanced inspection systems, cleaning systems and materials, supply of consumables, and comprehensive technical support throughout the entire product lifecycle.

History and Milestones Since our inception, we at ASI have set a high bar for innovation and quality in the electronics assembly industry. Our milestones tell the story of our growth and expansion, from our beginnings as local representatives to becoming a leading global player:

1998

The company was founded and registered as “AIM Solder Israel Ltd.” and began operating as the exclusive representative of AIM worldwide in Israel.

2000

In the early 2000s, we significantly expanded our product portfolio: we entered the PCB cleaning field through a collaboration with ZESTRON, and added consumables and advanced tools from leading international brands such as GOOT and XYTRONIC.

2005

We expanded our operations into machinery and equipment, representing leading brands including PILLARHOUSE and PBT.

2006

A strategic partnership was established with ALeader, expanding our activities with advanced AOI and SPI inspection systems and strengthening our market presence.

 
 
2007

We took the next step with the establishment of ALeader Europe, enabling official representation and the expansion of our international presence in AOI and SPI inspection solutions, including participation in leading global trade exhibitions.

 

2009

We established a showroom and professional training center, which became an industry knowledge hub hosting professional events and technical seminars.
